Infrared Camera for the NIR area with 1 Megapixel

With the current revised CCD-1020 camera, VDS Vosskühler now also offers for OEM-customers a (near-infrared) NIR-camera for the temperature area > 500 C°. The camera, being based on a high resolution CCD sensor, disposes within the area 800 - 1100 nm, of an unusual high quantum efficiency for CCD cameras, and is therefore in connection with a special filter, especially suitable for the high temperature area. The CCD-1020 camera offers with 1024 x 1024 pixels at 12bit dynamics, a very high resolution for a NIR-camera. In comparison to "Focal-Plane-Arrays", the CCD-sensor disposes of an excellent image quality and stability, furthermore it is considerably less expensive. The CCD-1020 is either available with an IEEE1394-, Camera Link- or a Gigabit-Ethernet-Interface.

CCD-1300 Series

Progressive High Resolution CCD-Camera with 12-bit Digital Output

The CCD-1300 camera-line has a resolution of 1280 x 1024 square pixels. It is available in different versions, which generally differ in the image rate (12.5 or 25 frames/sec. at full resolution) and effective dynamics. Due to the progressive interline-transfer sensor very short exposure times up to 1/10000 sec. can be achieved at a full resolution. All cameras of this series have a digital RS-644 output (LVDS) with 12-bit resolution available.
